Adam is currently responsible for people data and analytics at Reece Group across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to returning to Australia in 2020 he worked in North America, Europe and the Middle East for thirteen years delivering People Analytics and HR Innovation projects. Drawing upon a multi-disciplinary background in Psychology, IT, Epidemiology and Finance, Adam is an advocate of asking two pragmatic questions in his work: 1. So What? & 2. Now What?
