Phil brings over 15 years of experience working within talent, spending almost 10 years in agency-side recruitment, before moving in-house to run technology recruitment for Macquarie Bank in ANZ, through the Hudson RPO. Following his time at Macquarie, Phil led the Sales team at Expert360 before the opportunity to be part of Reejig’s growth found him.

It was during Phil’s time at Macquarie where he really started to understand the opportunity for technology to drive huge efficiency gains in talent acquisition, internal mobility, workforce management and intelligence, and it’s Phil interest in innovation in this space that has led him to his role of Partnerships Manager at Reejig.
