Cosimina has worked in learning and development for 15years allowing her to influence professionals and organisations across APAC.

She thrives in developing human centred learning based on macro learning in micro bites. Applying Adult Learning Principles to programs based on sound pedagogical strategies and in consideration of best practice.

At Allianz Australia, Cosimina identifies where capability uplift is required for today and the future. She works with various LXP, LMS, AI and virtual learning platforms to embed Education, Experience, Exposure and Evaluation. Her goal is to transform the learning experience to adapt to the changing workforce and effectively build workforce capability in the virtual age.
