With an extensive OD background, she has a broad range of experience in commercial, not for profit and government sectors, both state and federal.

Louise is the Chief People Experience Officer for global growth company, GrowthOps. Prior to this she was the Executive Director, People & Culture at The Australian Film, Television and Radio School and the Head of Organisation Development & Learning at Sydney Opera House.
